Mahmoud Elkot is a very distinguished trainer with a wonderful, engaging style. He is also a good presenter. Through his experience delivering training with us at the Digital Towards the Future initiative, the trainees enjoyed it, and their feedback was all very positive. As a training unit manager at El-Saleheen Official Language School, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Elkot, who, despite his young age, has benefited all the school's teachers in general, and me in particular, by training teachers on the EKB and how to use it to serve both teachers and students, providing them with various information and available programs. He provided a wonderful explanation and practical experience of the information bank. We contacted Mr. Mahmoud to help us create email accounts for some teachers. I will never forget the joy of an elderly teacher when he created an email account, accessed the EKB , and browsed through it. He was extremely happy and joyful, as it was his first time interacting with technology.
